14-day returns. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Opened items are welcome back too, as long as they’re in good, unused condition.
How to return an item
Please contact us before sending anything back. We’ll reply with return instructions and the address to ship to.
Return shipping
- If the item arrived damaged or broken, or we sent the wrong item, we’ll pay for the return shipping. Please contact us within 14 days and include a photo if you can.
- For all other returns, return shipping is paid by the customer, and the original shipping charge is not refundable.
Items that can’t be returned
- Custom and made-to-order items, such as iconostasis icons, icons painted to order, custom vestments, and engraved or personalized items. If one of these arrives damaged or not as ordered, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
- Liturgical items that have been used in services, such as chalices and other altar items.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll refund you to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.
