Description
A substantial and richly detailed Orthodox cross centered upon the Crucifixion of our Lord. Traditional images and inscriptions surrounding the Cross recall Mount Golgotha and the mystery of Christ’s Passion and victory over death.
The reverse bears the words of Christ from the Gospel of John: “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.” This beautiful inscription serves as a reminder that the Christian life is a continual journey toward the light of Christ and the grace of God.
